Howard named Taconic Hills superintendent

CRARYVILLE — Dr. Neil Howard Jr. has been chosen to be the new Taconic Hills Central School District superintendent come September. The Board of Education announced Wednesday that the middle school principal is their choice to replace Mark Sposato, who is retiring Sept. 8. A contract is still to be worked out, however.
